The following is the procedure for scribing a swearing in ceremony.  

1.) Arrive before the ceremony start time so you can open the record (logger).

2.) You need to record (Log) the ceremony and make sure you record the proper name spelling of each person swearing in. ( The screen name spelling is what is needed).

3.) Please make sure that the name of the person swearing in, is on the eligible list that is sent out by the Swearing In Scribe or Nika R Steel 20 ahn (24 hours) earlier. (The notice may be sent out a few days earlier, but will always be a minimum of 24 hours before the swearing in) 
 
4.) Once the ceremony is done, you need to send a copy of the record (log ) as well as a list of  those who swore in to the First Chair of the CoC (Currently Quinten K Regnar), the swearing in scribe (Currently: Anya SeerX) and Nika R Steel.
 
5.) Wait until the swearing in ceremony is over and everyone has left then close the room. (Please email the log and list then.)
