Current Scribes Caste Chairs and Duties.  *Note:: This list is a guideline and does not constitute a comprehensive accounting of the duties of any Caste Position as many of them overlap in their scope.

 

First Chair

Nika R Steel

Oversees ideas and suggestions brought to the Caste
Conducts the Caste Meetings
Approves the agenda for the Caste Meetings
Forms committees within the Caste as needed
Approves Caste Membership in conjunction with the 2nd and 3rd Chairs 
Assigns Mentors to Student Scribes along with the 2nd Chair
Assigns Mentors to Existing Scribes on an as needed basis
Chairs the Caste Quorum or Assigns a reasonable replacement
Assigns Caste Membership Numbers
Sends Caste Acceptance Letters
Interviews prospective Caste Members for proficiency
Oversees Caste Sanctions and Punishment

Second Chair

Assistant to the First Chair
Approves Caste Membership in conjunction with the 1st and 3rd Chairs
Stands on organized committees within the Caste
Interviews scribes to ascertain fitness to serve as a Caste Mentor 
Compiles and Maintains a list of available Caste Mentors
Assign Mentors to Student Scribes along with the 1st Chair
Assign Mentors to Existing Scribes on an as needed basis along with the 1st Chair
Sits on the Caste Quorum

Assistant to the Second Chair
Stands on organized committees within the caste
Maintains a list of scribes available for hire
Facilitates the employ of Caste Scribes to fill the Citizenry's needs
Sends out Caste Applications per request
Receives and reviews Caste Applications
Submits Caste Applications to the 1st and 2nd Chairs for approval
Approves Caste Membership in conjunction with other chairs
Sits on the Caste Quorum

 

 

Caste Scribe

Aramina Faber / Raven Geyer

Maintains the minutes of all Caste meetings, regular, special, and committees
Sends out Caste mailings, reminders and updates per the chairs
Calls votes during Caste meetings per Chair instruction
Distributes the minutes to the Caste as warranted
Maintains Caste Meeting attendance records
Sits on the Caste Quorum but has no vote.

Sends notices to scribes who are endanger of being put on inactive

 

 

Caste Judge - Male

Open

Sits on the Caste Quorum
Chairs the Caste Quorum in the First Chair's absence unless another replacement is seated 
Validates all Caste Quorum Verdicts and Sentences for legality
Publishes to the Caste all Caste Quorum Verdicts and Sentences
Implements all Caste Sanctions and Punishments
Attends meetings between the Caste Chairs and Members as requested.
